La Lanterne Rouge Cycling club started originally as the Loughinisland Cycling club, and is still based in and around Loughinisland. The club meets most Sunday mornings at around 09:15 am in the café at Brennans Filling station on the Clough—Ballynahinch road. We start at 09:30 sharp, with two groups one doing 20-40 miles and one doing 40-60 miles around the south Down area.
